Pure - Habanero & Ginger Hot Sauce (150ml)

This medium heat habanero sauce is an absolute winner. Raw habanero mash is cooked with a hefty percentage of ginger and carrot. No onion nor garlic in this as it seems to be asked for more and more. This sauce has been adapted with those in mind. It has only 6 ingredients, keeping it as pure as possible.
An everyday sauce that can be used with strong cheeses, sandwiches and soups, but amazing on grilled prawns and ideal with charred halloumi.
