"Fiendishly Fiery" Chilli Sauce (95g)

This is our very own "Fiendishly Fiery" Chilli Sauce, winner of a Bronze Great Taste Award 2005.  A clean-tasting sauce made from the finest FRESH Scotch Bonnet peppers. I don't use CHILLI MASH in this sauce unlike many other producers.  This sauce will make your taste buds tingle… and more!  Use in stir-fries, soups, omelettes, marinades, to enhance barbecue and pasta sauces, as a substitute for fresh chillies - or simply as a condiment… if you dare!!  (NOTE: Also available in a 470g 'catering' size).
