This chilli sauce, made by the "Pickle man" himself Chris Smith, is one of the best hot sauces around. A 'must try' award-winning recipe (winner of the 'Best Hot Fiery Food'  in the National Chilli awards 2008 and a Silver award winner in the Great Taste Awards 2005). ''Old Nick'' Scotch Bonnet sauce is a delicious HOT sauce. If you have heat-proof taste buds you can use it as a table sauce, otherwise it's superb in marinades or as an ingredient to add a "kick" to an array of savoury dishes.

NOTE: Like other pickles and sauces in the St. John & Dolly Smith range, there is no need to refrigerate after opening.  Just take care not to contaminate the contents and this sauce will continue to mature in flavour and will remain good for much, much, much longer than you will be able to resist it!
