WilderBee Hot Honey was created by food truck chef Dan Shearman, inspired by his first taste of spicy honey in 2014 while enjoying pizza in New York. Determined to bring this discovery to the UK, Dan launched his brand, which has since earned a Great Taste Award. Now, he's on a mission to deliver unique honey experiences across the country, crafting each batch with organic wildflower honey and top-quality ingredients.
