Spicy Medium Curry Sauce

This Spicy Medium curry sauce is made with creamy ground cashews, shredded coconut and is richly spiced to give a slightly hotter curry. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Free from artificial colours and preservatives and contains no sugar, wheat, dairy, onion or garlic.
