Spicy Korma Curry Sauce

This Spicy Korma curry sauce made with creamy coconut, spices and tomatoes is hotter than most. Combined with a creamy coconut taste, it is delicious in many curries. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively a chopped onion and/or chopped tomato can also be added when cooking the curry.
