Mild Korma Curry Sauce

This Mild Korma sauce is made with chickpeas giving a nutty flavour combined with creamy coconut, spices, tomatoes and tamarind. It is a concentrated sauce to be used with part water plus the main ingredient to create curries in minutes. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Free from artificial colours and preservatives and contains no sugar, wheat, dairy, onion or garlic.
