Hot Methi Curry Sauce

Made using fenugreek leaves, this one has a distinct smooth flavour with a bite and is especially delicious with paneer (Indian cheese). The sauce can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier by the addition of cream or yoghurt. Not only free from artificial colours and preservatives it also contains no sugar, wheat, dairy, onion or garlic.
